Terms & Conditions
By enrolling in the Smart@Home pilot program, I consent to share my energy use data with the program contractor, SmartMark Communications, LLC. I understand that Mississippi Power and SmartMark will have visibility over my enrolled devices in my home. If I set my app to “Automatic” then I consent to allow SmartMark and Mississippi Power to control my devices during Savings Days. I also allow MPC and its third-party contractors to manage my participation in, provide support for, and improve the Smart@Home program.
Energy Use Data will not be shared with any parties outside of MPC and SmartMark Communications. Smart@Home is 100% voluntary, will last up to 12 months and customers can opt out of individual events or the entire pilot program at any time.
Customers will receive a $10 gift card once they have connected devices to the Smart@Home app. Customers will then receive a $5 for every month they participate in Savings Days.
Data sharing, as described above, with any third-party contractors will end with the completion of the pilot program.
